INGREDIENTS
1 kg mutton 1 tablespoon ginger paste1 tablespoon garlic paste3 tablespoon onion paste2 tablespoon oilSalt
Heat oil in a pot, add the meat, fry for 2 minutes, add all the above ingredients and fry for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add water and slow cook until the meat is tender or you can pressure cook the meat.
Half bunch coriander leaves Green chillies according to tasteSmall piece of fresh ginger 3 to 4 garlic cloves1 and half cup double cream yoghurt Half cup cream
Blend all the above than mix in the cream.Than Add:2 teaspoon cumin powder 2 teaspoon coriander powder black pepper Splash of lemon juice1 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves 2 tablespoon oil
METHOD
Mix well.
When the meat is tender , in a frying pan, fry the meat until it turns abit brown, remove from the pan & keep aside. In a thick based pan heat 1 tablespoon oil, add 3 to 4 Bay leaves, 3 to 4 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks. When it turns aromatic add the coriander and yoghurt mixture, cover the pot & cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame until the oil starts to separate. Now add the fried meat mix well. Add half cup water and cook on low flame for another 10 to 15 minutes . Give it a coal smoke for a few minutes and serve immediately. Garnish with whole green chillies and coriander leaves. Serve with naan or rotiπππ.
