INGREDIENTS
500 g lamb trimmed and cut 1 cup of ready fried onion g wagaar2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon chilli masala paste1 tablespoon saltHalf teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon dhana jeeraa1 stick cinnamon 2 elachie 2 cloves1 cup massHalf cup yoghurt2 cups tomatoMarinate and set aside
2 cups gadra beans..boiled2 cups double beans..boiled3 carrots3 cups green beansHalf cup peas..fresh if possibleBeetroot..optional..boiled separately to add last1 small to medium cabbageOptional..u can add baby onionsCut into 6 pieces..steep in boiling water
METHOD
Use a large flat based potAdd 2 curry spoons ghee (Clarified butter)Add in the meat and cook Add 1 cup water When water burns out add in the veggiesSpread veggies nicely..lastly add the cabbage Close the pot and leave to cook in it's own water..Add fried potato chunks last Enjoy
