1 - 1½ kg shoulder 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon green chillies (depending on heat of chillies) or2 red masala paste 2 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 tablespoon BBQ spice 1 tablespoon steak and chop spice ¼ cup lemon juice 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon steers steak marinade 2 tablespoon steers BBQ sauce Soak lamb in Vinegar and water, wash and pat dry. Cut deep slits into flashy part of the meat Mix all of the above ingredients to form a paste. Rub over lamb and leave to marinade. Place into a pressure cooker for 15 minutes, then transfer to a pot with remaining liquids. Cook until meat is tender and sauce thickens.(low heat) Serve with whole vegetables & puri or garlic rolls. Whole veg:1 punnet Mushroom 8 baby carrot 1 small butternut 4 corn on the cob Salt, pepper and lemon pepper for seasoning 2 tablespoon butter Cut & wash vegetables, add to pot season with spice, steam until tender add butter allow to melt.
