Veggies of choice Depending on your veg add the following if veggies are alot double the spices 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon innapamans garlic & herb1 teaspoon crushed black pepper 2 bls sugar 2 teaspoon green masalaSlices of butter Mix the veggies with spices. Arrange in a flat pot. Cover with slices of butter. Cook on medium heat until veggies are tender. Add in ¼ cup fresh cream or milk. Allow to cook until done. Nb. You can cook till sauce dries up a little and grill for 5 minutes or just simmer & serve saucy. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Perfect side dish to any meal. Enjoy.
