Crispy Oven Roasted Potato🥔

INGREDIENTS

5x Medium Potatoes (cut into halves, & cooked,add salt to the pot...Sprinkle of Salt (optional) 1 /4 teaspoon Chillie Powder¼ teaspoon Bbq Spice1 /4 teaspoon Chicken Spice or any2 or 3 teaspoon Cornflour1 teaspoon Oil
Oil for drizzling in the Baking dish

METHOD

Cook the potatoes in a pot of water for 20 minutes.In a seperate bowl add the cool potatoes, then add all the ingredients & give it a slight toss. Bake in oven dish @180 degress for 25 minutes until crisp & golden.*Also use this above ingredients for sweet potatoes 🍠(Also fry in & airfryer for 20 minutes by tossing half the time 10 minutes & flipping once).
Served with Fish🐠, Chicken🍗or Chops🥩

This is my Tip:

The cornflour gives this potatoes a Crispy texture.
