1 kg prawns( washed, cleaned and drained. Leave the tail on)
Marinate prawns in:
Chop in fresh coriander and parsley
A little bit of oil
Mix and allow to marinate
When you are ready to cook, roll each prawn with a samoosa pur and stick with flour glue ( water and flour). Once all are done fry in hot oil till prawns are pink and pur is light brown...
Serve hot and crispy with sweet chilli
