1 kg king prawns 1 tablespoon freshly crushed garlic 2-3 tablespoon nando's garlic peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon paprika Salt to taste Green chilies 2-3 crushed ½ cup fresh cream 1 teaspoon red chili powder ½ teaspoon haldi ½ cup salted butter (melted) 2-3 tablespoon olive oil. Mix all ingredients together. and marinate prawns with this mixture. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Sauce:- ½ cup fresh cream 2-3 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon nando's bushveld sauce Amina's prego sauce 2 tablespoon 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon lemon juice Salt ¼ teaspoon haldi Pinch of red orange food color 1 teaspoon freshly crushed garlic
Take a sauce pan. Add nando's and prego sauce. Stir and add paprika,crushed garlic,haldi,salt,food color mix well and cook 1 minutues. Then add cream and mayo. Now lastly add leftover marination. Cook on slow flame for 2-3 minutues. Pour over grilled prawns.sprinkle some chopped parsley. Serve hot with rice,chips and salad. ￼
