RECIPE
Saucy Portuguese prawns @fouzy_pal_1
1Β½ kg butterflied king pantagonian prawns WITH SHELL ON washed and drained very well. Marinate with:
3 tablespoon oilΒΌ cup lemon π juice 4 cloves minced garlic 1 tablespoon chilli πΆ powder 1 tablespoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon salt π§ Set aside few hours
Sauce: 150g butter π§ 3 tablespoon minced garlic Β½ cup tomato π
puree 3 big spoons mayoΒ½ cup fresh cream 1 tablespoon chilli πΆ powder 2 teaspoon ground green chillies Β½ cup tomato π
sauce Β½ cup lemon π juice 1 tablespoon sugarBoil sauce set aside.
I used a griddle pan 2 fry prawns butterflied for 2 minutes. Donot over cook on pan it will cook further in sauce
Add 2 sauceSimmer few minutesgarnish with chopped dhania (coriander) Serve with savoury rice & coleslaw
