Boil 1 Basmati Rice keep it whiteWith Salt
Boil ½ Cup Basmati Rice Tint it with Tumeric and saltKeep both rice Seperate
Fry 3 Potato WedgesFOR CHICKEN MARINADE
Marinate About 10 mixed Pieces of Chicken (Thighs, Drumsticks and Wings)With ½ Packet of Nandos lemonAnd Herb Spice mixAdd1 teaspoon Moollas Magic Masala paste or any of yourChoice eg: Sujees etc1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera mix1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chilli1 tablespoon Paprika1 teaspoon Lemon Juice2 tablespoon Nandos Mild Peri Peri sauce1 Large Grated TomatoMix all of the above wellAnd set aside overnight or for couple hours
In a Pot on StoveAdd little+-4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or Oil ( don't put extra)Little whole Jeera, Little Somph1 small cinnamon stick , a piece of Aniseed, few Whole Black PeppersBraiseNowAdd 1 Grated OnionSauteAdd little of Each (Not Too much ) Frozen Peas, Little grated Carrots and chopped Robot PeppersNow Add yourMarinated Chicken PiecesAllow to cookTill Chicken is almost DoneADDThe White RiceTo Chicken ..Mix Well...NowAdd the Fried Potato WedgesTossLightly Toss in the Yellow Rice
POUR LITTLE ghee (Clarified butter) OR BUTTER OVER
Sprinkle a little Chopped Green dhania (coriander) over
Steam for 1-15 minutes
Serve with Green Salad
