2 cups Chana flour 1 cup cake flour 1 tablespoon ground dhana½ teaspoon ground garlic 5 teaspoon salt (level)1 onion (processed and water squeezed out)dhania (coriander) (chopped)3 teaspoon baking powder Green chilies (I used ground and I cut some up very fine)9-10 medium potatoes (cut in half and then sliced very thin)I put my potatoes into the microwave for around 8-10 minutes so it takes quicker to cook when frying . Place potatoes in a colander to remove all the excess water. Add all ingredients together and add a little water at a time to make a very thick batter. Fry in medium to hot oil.
