Kebabs in lemon butter sauce with potato bakeRec& pic credits:salmah dendar3 pieces chicken filletMince with:2 slices breadDhana jeerooSaltChicken spiceBBQ spice1 onionGround Green chilliesWhite pepper1 eggMince together...Then form kebabs...and fry...in shallow oil...Sauce:2 ounces butter2 tablespoon mayonnaise¼ cup fresh creamLemon juiceAromaticDry parsleyBoil tog...and pour over kebabs...Potato bake:Boil cubed potatoes till soft..In a pot...melt 2 ounces butter...add cubed green peppers...add dry parsley...salt...black pepper... 2 tablespoon mayyonaise..2 tablespoon milk...½ cup fresh cream...chopped up spring onions... Bring to boil...and mix into potatoes... Enjoy....
