INGREDIENTS
A good handful of Mint leaves (wash well)2 TB fresh lemon juice1 teaspoon salt3 TB castor sugarIced water (about a cup)
To serve:Ice cubesSabja seeds that have been soaked and strained
METHOD
In a blender,add the mint,lemon juice,sugar and salt. Top with water and blend till liquid.
Strain the mixture when serving,and serve with sabja seeds and ice-cubes.
