3 cups flour+- 1 ½ cups cold tap waterForm doughLeave to rest
Roll out puris without flour.Use a drop or 2 of oil on your surface top and roll out plate size. Stretch dough by lifting edges and pulling. They should be quite thin. Fry in hot oil
Chicken, chick pea and chana dhal curry (instant pot)
1½ cup Chana dhal soaked1 cup boiled chick peas500g chicken cut in small pieces
Fry on sauté mode 1 onion in ghee (Clarified butter) until golden brown.Add 1 tablespoon gg pasteSaute for a minutesThen addSalt to taste1 teaspoon chicken spice2 teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon turmeric2 chopped tomatoes2 chopped green chilliesAdd in soaked chana dhalAdd some water to pot.Pressure cook for 12 minutes Open potAdd in chick peasSimmer for 10 minutesAdd1 teaspoon garam masalaFresh coriander
