300 g shelled and deveined prawn or Prawn meat RinceAdd½ teaspoon Chilli powder or Peri peri spice2 tablespoon Mayonnaise2 tablespoon Nandos Bushveld braai (bbq) sauce2 tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 heaped teaspoon garlic or Chilli garlic sauce½ teaspoon Lemon juice (not too much as we want a sweet sour taste) 100 g melted Butter or Garlic butter 1 tablespoon robertsons Fish spiceMix all together marinate 1 or more hours Fry for 4 Minutes in a sauce panThen place in a Casserole and Grill turning onceServe on a bed of fried ChipsAnd Buttered Portuguese Rolls Or Salads Enjoy
