6 chicken fillets sliced open1 ½ teaspoon crushed garlic or garlic flakes2 teaspoon coarse red chillies1 teaspoon fine red chillies½ teaspoon white pepper2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon vinegar2 tablespoon mayo3 tablespoon spoon of Machachoes hot peri peri sauce3-4 tablespoon 'fouzys spice' -my own brand. Or(Mochacho’s chicken spice)
METHOD
Marinate chicken. Keep aside extra Marinade.Bake at 180⁰ for about 30 minutes.To the leftover marinade add in 2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon mochachos sauce2 tablespoon fouzys spice or mochachos spice.Boil SauceBrush over fillets b4 serving.Serve with chips and lemon wedges
