INGREDIENTS
5 Chicken Fillets¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper½ teaspoon Butter Chicken spice or BBQ Spice,¼ teaspoon Garlic paste¼ teaspoon Ginger powder or ¼ teaspoon Ginger paste,¼ teaspoon Portuguese Spice4 teaspoon Mayonnaise or Plain yogurt5 teaspoon Nando’s Lemon & Herb Extra MildOil for drizzle‘Honey’drizzled on fillets before baking it in the oven!!!
METHOD
Cut your fillets into half pieces🌹🌹🌹Add all the spices & mayo & lemon & herb sauce to your fillets…let this marinade for about 1 hour in the fridge.Add your marinaded fillets into a pyrex dish with drizzle of oil on the fillets,sprinkle on any herbs (optional)..Bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes ,depending on your oven!Served with flatbread or noodle salad & watermelon kebabs in my bio link…

Moms tip:
Keep lettuce fresher for longer & crisp stick a fork in the lettuce put it the fridge & closed with cling wrap, it really works👍
