4 & ½ Cups Cake Flour, (sifted 2x)..1x packet Instant Dry Yeast1 & ¼ teaspoon Baking powder½ Cup Oil1 Cup Hot/Milk1 Cup Warm/Water1 teaspoon Salt2x Honey or 2x teaspoon Sugar1 Egg, Beaten1xTsp Egg Food Coloring... Optional
Brush on top:1 Egg & ¼ Cup Milk... Also added 3 drops of honey😋Poppy seeds for sprinkling..¼ Cup Biltong bites... Optional
Mix all the dry ingredients, in a separate bowl & set it aside... Sifted 2xNext step add the wet ingredients too a mixing bowl & add too sifted flour. Mix well for 5-8 minutes. Drizzle some oil on the side of your bowl.. & this will rise in warm place on the countertop /or in your wonderbag. (This mixture doubles quickly in the wonderbag)...Roll out into small balls in the palm of your hands & transfer to a baking tray. Set aside for 10 to 15 minutes to rise further. Brush with egg & milk @ Bake 180 degrees depending on your oven for about 25 - 30 minutes. Served with Cheese, Jam & yummy with soft butter😋 Makes 30

Also add biltong pieces to the mixture, lastly add it into the bread dough(optional).
