INGREDIENTS
SPICE RUB:16 Wings or more (wash & cleaned), ¼ teaspoon Paprika¼ teaspoon Cumin powder¼ teaspoon Chillie powder, optional¼ teaspoon Garlic powder or 1x Garlic Clove... 2x teaspoon Baking Powder(keeps it crispy).. 5x teaspoon Brown Sugar or White Sugar¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper Spice Less than ¼ teaspoon Salt & Pepper to taste.. ¼ teaspoon BBQ Spice Mix everything in a bowl, all your spices
Sauce:3x teaspoon Butter, ¼ Cup Honey7x teaspoon Hot Sauce1 tablespoon Soya Sauce or Molasses ¼ Cup Peri- Peri Mild Nando Sauce7 teaspoon Tomoto Sauce 5x teaspoon Cornflour 1. Add everything into a pot bowl, cook for few minutes... MIX WELL with a whisk... The sauce must be a nice & thick consistency, & then set it aside too cool down completely..*If your sauce very thick, just add a few drops of cold water & stir on very low heat.*Sauce is great with any fish or T/Bone Steak as well👍
METHOD
Toss the spice rub into a zip lock bag, add the wings & coat well. Line on a wire rack & spraying with some cooking spray. Spread each wing on the rack & spaces inbetween each wing.Bake for 20 minutes @190 degrees, depending on your oven!
Cool down for few minutes, & set it aside. Add the wings to a large bowl, Cook the sauce & cool it down firstly..
Pour the sauce over the cooled wings toss gently with a spoon. Serve the Baffalo wings with garlic bread, fries on the side & Lemon wedges & mayoinase or any sauce of your choice & coleslaw salad😊Garnish with fresh Danya👍
