INGREDIENTS
                      
Marinate 1kg wings in:
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed jeeroo
4 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger garlibc
Steam with water for 10-15 minutes
Meanwhile prepare sauce
1 small onion
½ cup lemon juice
3 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoon chilly powder
1 teaspoon crushed chillies
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup peri peri sauce
1 teaspoon salt
                    
METHOD
                      Liquidize lemon juice with onion and leave aside.Heat butter,fry garlic then add lemon and onion mixture.Cook for a few minutes and remove from heat.Mix the spices and sauces and add to cooked mixture.Throw sauce over steamed wings.Grill in oven before serving.Serve with durky sauce and chips.
