Made Differently my style Peri PeriINGREDIENTS2 kg Prawns /langoustines (heads off) Slit like butterfly and remove veinsRince welLIN A PANl - 2 Tbldp lemon juice or Vinegar1 tablespoon garlic and set asideIn pot heat 100 g butter And now fry the slitted langoustines or prawns till it changes colourNow add to it 1Tblsp Aminas seafood peri peri spice or marinade2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder (add more if you prefer hot)Add 1Tblsp paprika1Tblsp Robertson's fish spiceAdd salt Toss few minutes removePlace each prawn /langoustines on a foil tray or oven casseroleOpen it outMake a mixed sauce with100 g butter or garlic butter(Optional more garlic)3 tablespoon mayo or burger sauce or mochachoesSteers peri peri or any Peri peri sauceTomato sauce green mayo or jalepenoNando's wild herb sauceAdd a bit of parsley and Optional(maybe sugar to give it a sweet sour taste ) Add 250ml fresh cream And bring to boil thickenPour this sauce over the prawns Place under grill before servingServing suggestionFried masala slap chips Enjoy
