1 kg chicken fillet cubedFreshly ground whole red chilliesSalt to taste½ teaspoon huldi1 tablespoon ginger and garlic1 grated tomatoMustard sauce Tomato sauceRed chutneyOR any sauces of your choice Add ghee (Clarified butter) to pot. Add in chicken fillets, tomato and all spices. Leave to cook when half way done and sauces and cook. Fill into cannelloni. Layer in casserole. Pour white sauce over. Sprinkle grated cheese and origanum and bake. Make a white sauce1 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) Salt and pepper to tasteBraise.. Then add 2 cups milk and boil until thick.
