1 butternut1 potato125g chicken1 onionSalt Green chilli/garlic masala1 can coconut milk Nutmeg Black pepper PaprikaRind of orange
METHOD
butternut peeled and cubedlarge potato peeled and cubedBoil above until soft Puree until smooth, can add a little water Braise diced onion in oil until onions are softAdd in cubed chicken1 teaspoon green chilli/garlic masala 2 teaspoon salt When chicken is cooked through, add butternut puree, 1 tin coconut milk and 1 can water. Allow to give a nice boil, then add in a pinch of nutmeg, ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon paprika Add in garnishing greens and serve
