Heat oil in a pressure cooker(can also slow cook the meat on low flame), add the chopped onions, fry for few seconds than the cinnamon sticks, cloves, chopped green chillies, bay leaves and the meat. sautè for 5 minutes than add black pepper, salt and water. pressure cook for 30 minutes on medium heat. When meat is done add the green peppers. Mix the corn flour with water, add to the meat adjust salt and add a splash of lemon juice. Serve with home made rotis😋. Enjoy😋
