1 litre milk 1 cup fresh cream 1 tin condense milk ½ cup milk 2 tablespoon custard powder 2 ½ teaspoon China grass powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 8 tablespoon golden syrup
Heat milk, fresh cream, vanilla essence and condence milk in a saucepan.Make a paste with half a cup extra milk, custard powder and China grass powder.Add to saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.Remove from heat and give a few seconds mix with a hand beater.Pour golden syrup into mould then milk mixture. Refrigerate once cool and allow to set.
