INGREDIENTS
Fish boneless 1 kg cut in square pieces Tamarind pulp 4 tablespoon Lemon juice of 1 lemon Besan / gram flour 3 tablespoons Flour/ maida (flour)
2 tablespoon Coriander powder 1 tablespoon Qasoori Methi (Fenugreek) / fenugreek leaves (dried) 1 tablespoon Cumin 1 tablespoon Garam masala 1 teaspoonSaltCarom seeds/ Ajwain ½ teaspoonChili flakes 1 teaspoonRed chili 1 teaspoonWater ¼ cup or lesser
METHOD
Mix add the ingredients in a smooth paste. Marinate boneless fish pieces in the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Shallow fry in frying pan till you get crispy crusty fish.Enjoy with tamarind chatni and mint chatni.
