STEAK MARINATION
Red Masala (the paste with garlic & ginger)
Mayo
Salt & Pepper
arad (Turmeric)/Turmeric Powder
dhania (coriander)/Dry coriander
Jeeru (Cumin)/cumin seeds
Lemon Juice
Mustard sauce
Tomato Sauce
Steaks & Chops spice
After marination cook with a bit of garlic butter till done.
Serve with either a fresh crisp salad and chips, or you can serve it like how I did with mash and peas.
