INGREDIENTS

25g butter, melted 190g butter milk 1 egg150g flour 35g sugar ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon bicarbonate soda ½ teaspoon baking powder

METHOD

In a bowl all melted butter + butter milk + egg and mix well.Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.Heat the Waffles iron and spray with non stick spray or butter Add batter and let it cook till its ready Serve with maple syrup
