INGREDIENTS
1 kg curry Mutton1½ cup fried onions2 tomatoes Liquidise2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste1 heaped tablespoon red masala1 ½ teaspoon ground jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon ground dhana½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon chilli powder2 tablespoon tomato puree1 teaspoon salt or to taste½ teaspoon saffron thread1 cup yogurt
3 eggs hard boiled 4-5 potatoes cut into chunks and deep fried
METHOD
Marinade meat with all the above spices and masala.Heat pot with ghee (Clarified butter) ± 1 dishing spoon with cinnamon stick, Elachi (cardomom) pods and pepper corn.When ghee (Clarified butter) is hot add marinated meat and cook for 45 minutes or until meat is tender . Add the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Lastly when done add the egg whole or cut garnish with fresh greensServe with fresh Roti, Naan bread 🍞
