INGREDIENTS
2 kg mutton2 curry spoon kashmir masala2 teaspoon jeera seeds 2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 2 teaspoon turmeric 2 teaspoon jeera powder 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon garam masala 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic 2 teaspoon plain yogurt 2 teaspoon food colouring Curry leaf Biryani mix2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Salt per your amount 6 potatoes 6 Grated tomatoes Some dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Mix meat with every thing. Except your salt and potatoes.. Marinate for while or over night. When its time to cook. Place the pot on the stove on low.. It will cook on low. After 1 hour u can add potatoes to your curry with the salt. Once cooked add dhania (coriander).. Enjoy..
