Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter). With Taj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin). Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic green masala.Add in 1kg washed and drained Mutton pieces. I pressure Cooked meat with 1 teaspoon ginger garlic for ½ hour.¼ cup @lancewood.co.za double thick yoghurt 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon @shanfoodsglobal nihari spice @fehmz ideaCookAdd in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes.Cook till soft. Add in ½ tin Tomato puree & 6 ¼ed and fried potatoes. Cook till thick and luscious. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and fried onions.Serve with rice or rotis & salad
