1 kg Mutton Or Chicken Mince Heat 3-4 tablespoon oil in a PotAdd2 Cinnamon sticks 2 Elachi (cardomom) 1 teaspoon Whole Jeeru (Cumin)As its braising add2 medium sliced onionCurry leaves2 whole Slit Green ChilliBraise till the onion turns a light gold in colourAdd 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic1 full teaspoon Tumeric 2 teaspoon Dhana Jeera Mix+- 2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chillies (Optional) 1 teaspoon Salt Braise for few minutesAdd 3 Medium Grated TomatoesBraise all the spices for 5 minutesAnd its well blended with the TomatoesNow add the Mince Cook further 10 minutes(OPTIONAL add 2 tablespoon maas Or yoghurt) Add 6 bunches of Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) (I steam and throw the Bitter water) So Curry is not too BitterAdd handful of peas (I steam)Cook till DoneAdjust the Salt and Chilli TssteWhen doneGarnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Serve with RotiVARIATIONOptional:Add Steamed Cubed Potatoes ENJOY 😋
