INGREDIENTS
1kg fishFish & prawn masala @sujeesgourmetfoodsLemon juice Salt
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds1 teaspoon whole jeera seeds
3 large onions chopped fine2 springs curry leaves4 green chillies2 tablespoon garlic
4 tomatoes, liquidized 2 tablespoon tomato pureeSalt1/2tTurmeric1 teaspoon Dhana1 teaspoon Jeera3 teaspoon Red chillies1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Tamarind paste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, jeera and Methi (Fenugreek) fry until it splatters then add in onions, curry leaves, chillies amd garlic, fry until onions are golden the add the fish masala Lemon and salt if needed and fry for couple minutesAdd in tomatoes and tomato puree together with the spices and cook for 15 minutesAdd Tamarind paste and fish. Allow to cook for 3 to 5 minutes Adjust seasoning Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)

Adjust spices and seasoning to your preference
I prefer fish curry to have a bit of a kick
Serve with roti or rice
