
Grilled Crayfish

10 medium sized crayfish tails100g butter/margarine teaspoon fresh corianderteaspoon paprikateaspoon origanumteaspoon garlic and ginger pasteSalt to taste

Clean crayfishUse big enough ove dish and rub with oil place crayfish into dishMelt butterAdd corriander, paprika, origanum and salt and mix throughLiberally brush on crayfishSet over to grill and grill for 20-25 minutesRemove from oven

I used Marvello and wrapped the oven dish in foil. I used garlic infused oil to rub out dish
