
Grilled Prawns

Marinate 1 kg devained and washed and butterflied prawns in:1 teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon lemon pepper Salt2 teaspoon garlic 2 teaspoon green chillies Juice of 1 lemon1 tablespoon peri peri sauce Marinate.Lay shell side down on a foil lined tray. Bake 10 minutes.Sauce½ cup fresh cream Left over marinade Aromat (a South African Spice) ButterBoil till thick.Drizzle over prawns Grill few minutes
Serve left over sauce on the side.Garnish with greens Serve with chips or savoury rice
