1 kg fillets sliced in ½2 tablespoon @mrsps_Tandoori masala 2 tablespoon @purespice_saGinger garlic Salt1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 5 tablespoon peri peri sauce Marinate for an hour. braai (bbq). I cooked in ghee (Clarified butter) then grilled it.
Pitas:2 cups flour 4 teaspoon baking powder 4 tablespoon oilPinch of salt 1 cup sour milk Make soft dough. Knead well till smooth. Rest ½ hour b4 rolling. Divide into 10 balls. Roll oblong. Dry fry on non stick griddle pan. Brush garlic butter. Keep covered.
Potato bake:
Peel and cube and boil 6-8 potatoes in salted water. Drain. Add in 1 tin creamstyle corn and 1 x 250ml fresh cream. Make wagaar wit 1 onion and butter and ground green chillies. Toss well. Bake 30-45 minutes. Optional: add sliced mushrooms to wagaar and top with grated cheese.
