INGREDIENTS

Baked fillets for burgers
1 kg fillets butterflied2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic Juice if 1 lemon 🍋 2 tablespoon Nandos bushveld sauce 2 tablespoon mochachos sauce hot2 tablespoon mochachos spice (I used my own spice)2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 tablespoon oil

METHOD

Placement baking tray. Sprinkle spice. Bake. Heat:Butter, cream and bushveld sauce. Baste fillets.Sprinkle spice and serve with onion rings. Ideal 4 🍔 or serve with rotis /puris / potato bake / chips 🍟/ or any other preferred side.
