Grilled Soles

RECIPE

4 medium soles
4 tab mayo
4 cloves garlic crushed
4 tab lemon juice
2 teaspoon mixd herbs
1 teaspoon lemon peper
1 tab crushed green chilliess
Salt 2 taste
2- 3 tab butter

Method

Lay soles in pyrex or oven dish

Make paste with all d spices

Brush over fish on both sides

Add butter and grill in preheated oven until fish. Cooked
