1 can tuna fish in veg oil2 red onions2 Tablespoons butter ghee (Clarified butter) Seasonings salt and pepper Tri-colored pepper in cubes 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons honey and mustard sauceFresh chopped dhania (coriander) CheeseFetePinch black pepper Sweet corn ootional2 Tablespoon flour
In a frying pan, add butter ghee (Clarified butter), fry the red onions, add tricoloured peppers, pinch salt, cook under 5 minutes set aside. Add tuna fish in a bowl, add seasonings, followed by the fried red onion and peppers. Lastly add honey mustard sauce and mayo lightly stir to combined. Sprinkle flour on grated cheese and crumbed fete, add black pepper. Toss lightly, Garnish with fresh chopped dhania (coriander).
Fill in samosa pockets, avoid over packing paste closely at the corners of the samosas pur, it prevents filling from escaping into the oil. Serve with dhania (coriander) chutney.
