INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken mince 1 finely chopped onion 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 taj ¼ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 Elachi (cardomom) 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 ½ teaspoon chillie powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric 2 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 1 liquidized tomato 3 tablespoon Sour milk or plain yoghurt
METHOD
Braise together 1 finely chopped onion 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 1 Elachi (cardomom)
Then add 1 kg chicken mince with 1 teaspoon salt Add a little water only if necessary Using spoon break mince into small pieces Cook till water burns out Then add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 ½ teaspoon chillie powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 liquidized tomato Cool till water burns out Add 3 tablespoon plain yoghurt or sour milkContinue cooking till completely reduced and no water is left Cut the top of the peppers and clean out Place the peppers in the oven for 5 minutes at 180° Remove from oven and using tongs ,hold the peppers over an open flame to get a char on the peppers Make a slit down the center of peppers ,stuff with mince and serve
