1 chicken cut into pieces
1 teaspoon fresh crushed garlic
Half teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Chillie powder
1 heaped teaspoon chicken spice
& portugese spice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce
2 tablespoon tomatoe sauce
1 Green pepper grated
ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) or oil
2 medium tomatoes cubed and leave aside.
Marinate the chicken in all
ingredients for @ least 3hrs.
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) for wagaar add grated
green pepper allow to braise for about
3 to 5 minutues when its pinkish add your
chicken cook on high heat for 5min,
then add your tomatoes, cook on high
till it sizzles then cook on LOW till
chicken is done and the oil cums to
the top from the sauce. It should take
about 30 to 35 minutues to cook.
Serve with roti & chips & veggies.
