INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut into pieces ¼ cup oil 1 Onion sliced Handfull curry leaves 2 whole green chillies 2 tablespoons red ginger garlic masala 2 tomatoes liquidised 2 tablespoons tomatoe puree 2 cans Butter beans drain out the liquid 2 cans bakebeans in tomatoe sauce Salt to taste 2 teaspoon caorse red chillies 2 teaspoons fine dhana (coriander powder) 2 teaspoons fine jeera (cumin powder) 1 teaspoon tumeric
METHOD
Heat oil add whole green chillie and curry leaves fry a little,add onions saute onion untill it’s light brown,add in your red masala and all your spices.Braise with a little water.Add chicken with half a cup of water,and cook for about 15 minutes.Add in tomatoes and tomato puree cook until the gravy gets slightly thick.Add in the butter beans and cook until the beans are soft.Add a little water so it doesn’t burn.Lastly add bake bean and cook for about 10 minutes.Garnish with chopped coriander.Serve with fresh rotis.Khachoomer or Archaar as a side
