2 chicken fillets cut into strips. Marinate with ½ teaspoon bbq spice, a sprinkling of garlic Salt, lemon pepper & Aromat (a South African Spice), 1 tablespoon lemon juice & 1 tablespoon steers garlic sauce. In pot add 1 tablespoon olive oil add chicken and cook till done. Add water if necessary. Leave to cool.
In a plate set your lettuce, cucumber, tomato wedges, mango strips, carrots and feta. Add chicken. Drizzle some dressing over. Enjoy
