Ingredients: 1kg chicken (cut in quarters or pieces) 1 tablespoon oil/butter Few sprigs fresh rosemary ½ bottle Jimmy's lemon & herb sauce 2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim 1 tablespoon Nando's garlic sauce 1 teaspoon Amina's green chilli garlic paste ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
Marinate chicken. Cook until just done. Baste chicken with sauce in pot. Place under grill to redden.
