1kg chicken (cut in quarters or pieces)
1 tablespoon oil/butter
Few sprigs fresh rosemary
1⁄2 bottle Jimmy's lemon & herb sauce
2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim
1 tablespoon Nando's garlic sauce
1 teaspoon Amina's green chilli garlic paste
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
Cook until just done.
Baste chicken with sauce in pot.
Place under grill to redden.
