INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut into pieces or fillets only½ teaspoon salt (taste if more is needed)½ teaspoon green masala1 teaspoon Worcester sauce1 teaspoon light soya sauce¾ teaspoon coarse black pepper½ teaspoon lemon pepper3 tblspns mayonnaise¼ teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon chopped garlic ½ teaspoon chopped ginger 1 teaspoon oil 1 teaspoon butter1-2 green chilli (optional)
METHOD
1.) Marinate chicken with all of the above ingredients except the butter and green chilli.2.) Heat butter in a non-stick pot, add the marinated chicken to it, cover and cook and medium heat until done (if adding green chilli- add it in whole 5-10 minutes before the chicken is done).
