INGREDIENTS
Salted caramel drip cake ππBy cooking and baking creations Recipe credit by Jameela Sayed
Ingredients 125 g butter1 cup castor sugar4 eggs 2 teaspoon caramel essence1 Β½ cup flour 4 teaspoon baking powder Β½ cup milk
METHOD:1. Place all the ingredients into a Kenwood and beat for 4 minutes.2. Pour into 2 greased 20 cm flat round pan and bake 180 for 35 minutes. 3. Allow to cool completely and sandwich together with salted caramel icing , cover the top and sides with icing , drip the sauce over the sides and decorate as desired.
Salted caramel icing:125 g margarine 1 Β½ cups icing sugar 2 tablespoon caramel treat ΒΌ teaspoon caramel essencePinch of salt
Method:1. Cream margarine well .2. Add sifted icing sugar little at a time and beat till creamy 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat till combined .
Salted caramel sauce:ΒΌ tin caramel treat 3 tablespoon fresh cream Pinch of salt80 g slab plain chocolate melted(Beat together till smooth)HAPPY COOKING AND BAKING @cookingandbakingcreations Share this recipe as you recieve itπππππππππ
