2 ¼ cup flour .
1 ½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cocoa . 1 cup oil
1 ½ cup buttermilk .
2 eggs
5 tablespoon red colouring
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Beat all ingredients until smooth and bake at 180
until done
Icing: 2 cups icing sugar.
¼ lb butter.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
1 tub cream cheese.
