INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Oil
1 ¾ Cup Flour
¼ Cup milo
4 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 ½ Cups Castor Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 Eggs
4 teaspoon Baking Powder
METHOD
Boil Milk & Oil. allow to cool.
Sift flour, baking powder, Milo and cocoa.
Beat castor sugar, vanilla essence and eggs.
Add dry ingredients. Beat.
Add milk mixture and beat.
Pour into 2 greased baking pans and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c.
Allow to cool.
Top with chocolate ganache. Sprinkle Milo powder over and grated chocolate.
INFO & TIPS
Ganache: 1 slab chocolate can be heated on a low heat while stirring with a small nestle cream or 1 tablespoon nutella can be added to choc and nestle cream for a difference
