INGREDIENTS
Family Sized Vanilla Custard Cake
250g Butter
2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
2 cups Castor Sugar
4 eggs
2 cups Self Raising Flour
⅓ cup Custard Powder
1 cup milk
METHOD
Grease and line baking pan.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Beat on low speed till combined.
Then medium speed till smooth and creamy.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake on 160 degrees for about an hour.
Check after 30 minutes or so...
Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
Dust with icing sugar
