½ kg chicken fillet cut into thick strips Olive oil Handful of chopped French chives (pick and pay ) ¼ teaspoon jeera seeds 1 teaspoon crushed garlic ¼ teaspoon green masala Crushed black pepper to taste Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon haldi Few sprinkles of cayenne pepper 2 tablespoon juice from fresh lemon
¼ pepper sliced ½ red onion sliced 1 tomato sliced
Salad : Lettuce Carrots Cucumbers Avo Olives
In a non stick pan add the olive oil, jeera seeds , garlic, green chillies and chives and allow to braise , just until to get the garlic smell . Add the chicken and remaining spices . Cook for 5 minutes on low heat and add the onions and pepper , cook until nearly done add tomatoes cook for 5 minutes . Ready to serve .
To assemble : Chop salad stuff add the chicken ontop and serve .
