For chicken: 2-3 tablespoon oil200 grm chicken 1 medium chopped onion 1 small chopped green pepper ½ chopped yellow pepper 2 tablespoon freshly crushed garlic Salt to taste 1 tablespoon paprika ½ teaspoon garam masala 2-3 green chilies chopped ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon chicken spice @robertsons ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper ¼ teaspoon black pepper Chopped coriander 2-3 tablespoon sour cream
Take oil. Add chopped onion and cook until pink brown. Now add green pepper and cook 5 minutues. Then add chicken and stir well. NowAdd garlic,garam masala,Aromat (a South African Spice),chicken spice ,salt,paprika,lemon-pepper and black pepper. Mixed well. Cook for another 5-7 minutues. Then…Add water and simmer for 20 minutues. Once chicken is done. Off the stove and take out chicken pieces. and shredded with fork. Now take chicken soup and grind in grinder until smooth and thick sauce. Now shift chicken and soup in pot. Add sour cream and chopped coriander. Cook another 4-5 minutues.
Now cut the tortillas into long strips. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on kitchen towel. Sprinkle some paprika. Keep aside.
Assemble:take boiled jasmine or any other basmati rice in deep dish. Add cooked and shredded chicken. Now put on chicken some fried tortilla strips. Sprinkle some chopped cilantro. Drizzle with some cilantro,lime & sour cream sauce.
Cilantro,lime & sour cream sauce :100 ml Sour Cream2 tablespoon yogurt 1 Lime juiced 1 clove Garlic,minced Salt1 & ½ tablespoon chopped CilantroAdd all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.and serve. Enjoy 😊 #mubinarecipes ￼￼
